The Working Group will discuss its final report based on the work which has been carried out since it started in November 2008. Options for possible elements of a legally binding agreement, assessment of costs and possible implications on international forest agreements, bodies and processes have been discussed. Also, a possible appropriate negotiation process has been deliberated. The final report will contain main findings and recommendations and will be presented for deliberations at the upcoming MCPFE Expert Level Meeting on 24-25 November 2009.
