Global Meeting in Preparation for the Global Forest Resources Assessment 2015(FRA 2015) and the Collaborative Forest Resources Questionnaire (CFRQ)

In the frame of the Pan-European Criteria & Indicators for Sustainable Forest Management (CI-SFM) project, a series of workshops has been organized in different locations in Europe, to provide a platform for discussion on the Pan-European C&I set. This third and final workshop will take place in Estoril, Lisbon, Portugal, on the 20-21 May.

Ahead of the 4th session of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee (INC) for a Legally Binding Agreement (LBA) on Forests in Europe (Warsaw, Poland, 10 -14 June 2013), the Confederation of European Forest Owners (CEPF), in cooperation with the FOREST EUROPE Liaison Unit Madrid and the EU Economic and Social Committee, would like to provide an opportunity for a stakeholders discussion on key issues related to the legally binding agreement on forests in Europe as well as on possible stakeholders’ participation in the future LBA.
